Our company Sfront has used outsourcing services of Asian countries, but we decided to try the services
of eastern countries which are closer to our European mentality and geographically. And finally we chose Ukraine,
Ainstainer Group. As Sfront is a startup company in Norway, Ainstainer Group offered us favourable
conditions which suited perfectly our young company. Currently we are really quite satisfied with what we are
doing together with Ainstainer Group. Ainstainer had in very short time put together a team of two people.
We got along quickly with both Ainstainer Group management and our remote team. It has given us a competitive
advantage at the Norway and international markets. Our team is one of which we are extremely proud of. Our team consists
of young but ambitious specialists, which have got a good level of English. Based on Ainstainer Group ability to respond to
our needs, deliver the right competences, and efficiently produce and deliver the task, we have a realistic expectation to
expand our project team in Kharkiv in future. As such, I would certainly recommend any company looking to build a technology
team to consider doing so in Ukraine with Ainstainer Group. You can build a world-class team for less money and you remove much of
the administrative hassle and, for a small business, that's a huge incentive.
