What is a development interview?

Interview between an employee, HR manager and you (or Project Manager), to discuss:

• Productivity - "what was good?" and "what can be improved?"

Each 6 month we update statistics about average salaries in the city. Knowing this information it's easier for you to decide on the salary of your own employees.

Exit interview

If an employee resolves on exiting the company, we will initiate an "exit interview". The goal of this interview is to define the reason "why an employee stops his\her job?"
